Whistleblower Mechanism

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and work ethics and ensuring the proper management of public funds. In alignment with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ whistleblower policy, we follow the same legal frameworks and guidelines for protecting whistleblowers and handling reports.

Reports may be made regarding the following matters:

  • Violations of EU law
  • Criminal offenses
  • Violations of legislation
  • Violations of administrative law principles
  • Serious or repeated breaches of internal guidelines
  • Serious workplace-related conflicts
  • Sexual harassment
  • Deliberate misrepresentation of information to citizens and partners

All reports must be submitted through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official whistleblower portal. We fully comply with the legal and procedural requirements set out in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ whistleblower policy, including protecting the whistleblower’s anonymity and confidentiality. By using this system, you can be assured that your report will be handled correctly and in compliance with applicable law.

Read the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ whistleblower policy [here] and submit your report via the whistleblower portal. We encourage using the internal system for optimal handling. External whistleblower channels through the Danish Data Protection Agency are also available, but we recommend using the internal system.
